Dr. Anant Sardeshmukh is a finance professional with about 40 years of experience in NBF, Corporate, Project finance, banking, and general Management. He is an expert in MSME and has earned his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurial characteristics, MSME policies, and strategies. He is the immediate past Director-General and Member of the Board of Mahratta Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture ( MCCIA). He had a fairly long stint with MCCIA. He is currently on the Board of various companies like MKCL and is also associated with Institutions such as Savitribai Phule Pune University, Institute of Management Development and Research ( IMDR), MIT EDIT University, Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics. He is a member of Savitribai Phule Pune University’s advisory council and chairs its Skill Development, Internship committees. He is a regular contributor to various newspapers and magazines.

Apurv Nagpal is currently serving as a  Visiting Faculty at IIM, Ahmedabad. After passing out from IIM-A in 1993, he has lived and worked in six different countries, held senior global and operational roles in various blue-chip companies (like P&G, BAT, Reckitt Benckiser), and was the last CEO of a major entertainment company in India, before (as planned) retiring early. Since retirement, apart from developing the innovation course, he teaches at IIM-A, he does movie reviews on his YouTube channel and has also penned two books (fiction, short stories) and is currently working on his third (on innovation).

Jhumkee Iyenger received her Master’s degree in Product Design from IIT Mumbai and a Masters degree in Human Factors Engineering Design from Tufts University, USA. She is a graduate of the College of Engineering, Pune where she completed her B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Jhumkee has worked in US corporations for 10 years and in India for over 20 years, in various technical, consulting, research, and project leadership roles. Her work in design and research has covered several leading-edge global corporations. She has several publications and awards to her credit and runs her consulting firm, User in Design. Jhumkee is also an adjunct faculty at IIT Kanpur and a Lead Instructor for the Pittsburgh-based LUMA Institute.

Mayur Vora has been the MD of Mapro Foods P ltd since 1990. He also heads Mapro Garden LLP, which is an innovating experiential retail venture for a holiday destination. He is also involved in rural education in Wai and Mahabaleshwar taluka of Satara district. He is a trustee of the Poona Blind Men’s Association, Pune.

He has a PG Diploma from IIM Bangalore and INSEAD

Mr. Mukund Shah is a qualified Engineer with 45 years of manufacturing and management experience. He is currently Principal Consultant and CEO of Expands Consulting Pvt. Ltd, which are engaged in Market research, opportunity identifications, Project designing, and execution. Their other vertical is Business Mentoring which helps organizations to transform.

He was the President of IPCA, an all-India body representing Electronics component manufacturers, and has actively participated in Policymaking at the Government level

 Narendra Goidani is the founder of Life School, an institution focused on helping people ‘live inspired’. To support new-age parents, he has created www.wowparenting.com which is ranked No 1 in its category in Google Playstore. 

An unflinching optimist, a thought-provoking orator, he has authored 15 books. He started Keep Moving Movement, an initiative that imparts life-transforming training to 40k+ students every year for free to guide the young generation.

Sheetal Bapat is the Founder Director of Shyamchi Aai Foundation (SAF), a leading research-based, technology driven not-for-profit organization in India, founded in 2013 that enables secondary school students to make informed education choices that lead to a meaningful career.

SAF launched four projects viz. Career Mitra, Project Avirat, Life Skills, Project Sanjeevani with secondary school students at its centre in partnership with the government, teachers and parents under Sheetal’s leadership.
