At UGF Foundation, our mission is to empower youth, especially girls, by providing them with the skills and knowledge required for meaningful employment and entrepreneurship. Students will participate in the Prime Minister’s programs ‘Make in India’ and ‘Skill India’ Mission. We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive and contribute to the growth of the nation. Through our inclusive programs and initiatives, we aim to equip them with the necessary skills, tools, soft skills, and knowledge to succeed in their chosen fields. By participating in these programs, our students gain hands-on experience and create a strong foundation for their future careers.

Value System
Ethics (संस्कार) is a key to success!
UGF emphasizes the value system of an individual, i.e., संस्कार. Education without ethics is incomplete. At UGF, students will have the opportunity to learn all the necessary soft skills required for day-to-day life, becoming individuals who are assets to the nation. Our curriculum includes education in Personal Health, Yoga, Physical Fitness, Arts & Music, Personality Development, Communication Skills, Environmental Science, and Water Management, ensuring a well-rounded development.
To foster strong-hearted students with good lifestyle habits and morals, UGF has created संत व्यासपीठ. Through this initiative, we instill the philosophies of great personalities such as Sant Dnyaneshwar, Ramdas Swami, Swami Vivekananda, Mahatma Gandhi, and Vinoba Bhave into the daily lives of our students.

Skill Development Centre UGF Building 1/A
कौशल्य विकास केंद्र
Skill Development Building A has a total of 3 floors, each with an area of 33,057.52 sq. feet. It includes facilities such as dedicated classrooms and laboratories for each course, and a computer lab for about 50 students. The premises include ample parking for two-wheelers and four-wheelers. All floors are equipped with men’s and women’s washrooms, a counseling room, a placement assistance area, and a pantry.
The Hostel Building
माँ सुशिला भानुदास निकेतन
The hostel building is approximately 40,000 sq. feet, fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and ready to accommodate 100 girl students. The 3rd floor, about 4,000 sq. feet, consists of 26 rooms for girl students, 1 rector room, storerooms, a kitchen, 1 dining hall, and 4 guest rooms for visiting faculty. There are also 3 halls on the 3rd floor to conduct events. The atrium area is fully covered and includes a stage for recreation programs.

UGF’s Rieter Skill Development Academy
A joint CSR project with Rieter India Pvt. Ltd
Building B/2 has a 30,000 sq. feet area for the Training Centre facility. This building accommodates the joint project under CSR activity with Rieter India Pvt. Ltd. We have appointed Skillsonics, a Swiss company, to impart training as per the Swiss model.
Training Facility for The Industries
3rd floor of the hostel building & 2 floor of UGF Skill Development
We have created a facility for conducting seminars, conferences, and training courses for the staff. This facility can accommodate about 300-400 members for a one-day seminar or conference and 75-80 persons for a residential one-day seminar or conference. The conference/seminar/training facility can be utilized as a multipurpose hall or training hall with basic requirements, available at minimal rents, with capacities of 25, 50, and 75 persons.

Rieter SKill Development Academy, a CSR Project with Rieter India, Wing
Rieter Skill Development Academy, a CSR project with Rieter India, is a collaboration between our foundation and the multinational company Rieter India Limited from Switzerland. This company specializes in manufacturing textile machinery and allied products. They have generously loaned equipment, tools, and various machines to UGF at no cost.
This center is located in Building 2, covering an area of about 10,500 sq. feet. SkillSonics, a training partner using Swiss methodology, provides education and training for various engineering courses with an emphasis on practical training.
At present, Rieter Skill Development Academy offers the following courses:

As of February 2024, about 400 boys and girls have joined these courses, and we are proud to say that more than 90% of the students have job opportunities in nearby industries in Khandala Taluka. These industries include:

This ongoing project with Rieter India will continue for another six years. The best part of these courses is their duration of only one month, providing students with valuable training and an opportunity to enter the corporate world in a short span of time.
CNC & VMC Training Courses
Maharashtra State Board of Vocational Education ( MSBVE )
Khandala Taluka has emerged as a major hub for manufacturing mechanical industries, including companies like Godrej, Wipro, ACG, Nichrome, and others. These companies require skilled operators to operate and maintain their CNC and VMC machines, which constitute a significant portion of their manufacturing plant and machinery.
The foundation has initiated these new courses, and a new CNC machine has been installed on campus. The Maharashtra State Government has approved these courses, providing students from ITI with hands-on experience essential for securing gainful employment in the corporate sector.
Electronics Courses
Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) & National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under Skill India Mission
The foundation has created an Electronics Lab to provide training in the field of electronics. This course is approved by ESSCI, and students are being trained at Vighnaharta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. at Wing. This course is mainly for female students.

Environmental Initiative
The foundation works on the issue of global warming & undertakes a programme of tree planting with various schools.
Our Founder Director Mr. Uday Gujar the help of Devrai Foundation is doing the tree plantation & environmental awareness programme for the last 15 years, for the various schools in Khandala Vibhag Shikshan Samiti.
In the financial year 2022-23 a competition was arranged in the various schools to handle the situation of Global Warming. This programme will continue in the coming years.

Multi-purpose Conference Center
UGF has created the infrastructure for conducting Industrial Seminars, Conferences, Training, and Workshops for nearby industries and their staff, workers, and employees.
Conference & Training Halls
This facility can accommodate about 300-400 members for a one-day seminar or conference and 75-80 persons for a residential seminar or conference. Training facility can be utilized as a multipurpose Hall or Training Hall with basic requirements at minimal rents, with capacities of 50, 90 and 90 persons.
State of the Art Resources
This center features a sound system, projectors, well-lit and well-ventilated comfortable seating, and a dining facility with separate areas for trainers and participants. There is ample parking available for cars, scooters, and buses.
